A handmade fabric book in the form of a pillow confronting the layered worries and troubles that keep us up all night, hoping that if we confront them in our waking hours, we might then sleep in peace. It consists of four chapters: uncertainty, loneliness, loss and mortality, with each page delicately stitched to another and arranged with text of a contemplative nature.
