This project explores the solo female travel experience through navigation of perceptions, ranging from positive to negative, and its transformative potential towards the lone female traveller. It is presented as a map that seeks to engage the audience to the varying realities of the female travel experience, to question the differing standards imposed on the solo female traveller and to view the female as an empowered individual.
